Why It Matters
Do you live, work, or play in the Little Traverse Bay area and love biking, running, and walking? Do you use the Wheelway and wonder when the washout will be repaired?
If so, we have great news. TOMTC and the City of Petoskey are working closely to restore the Little Traverse Wheelway — assessing existing engineering data, completing field work, and engaging state agencies on permitting, design, and funding. It’s the due diligence that gets a project to “shovel ready.”
